Mr. Forman has practiced law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for over three decades, concentrating his work in real estate transactions, property litigation, and related commercial matters. Mr. Forman graduated magna cum laude from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova University in 1986, ranking third in his class. He received book awards in Real Property and Contracts. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1983.

He began his career at Watson, Loving & Forman, then established his solo practice, H. Collins Forman, Jr., P.A., in 1995. His work centers on real estate transactions — including purchase, sale, financing, and development — as well as property litigation involving eminent domain, landlord-tenant disputes, and mechanic’s lien and construction law matters.

Mr. Forman is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
